On one example of international cooperation

In 2004 an agreement concerning the cooperation has been established between the Elblag University of Humanities and Economy and the State Technical University in Murmansk. The authors have discussed some results achieved within the framework of the agreement, the most significant of them are the educational monographs and the academic course books.

Emotional experience in the process of defining goals by man

In the paper communication between requirement and motive and also stimulus and purpose has been shown. The role of emotion in the system of purposes formulation has been revealed. The mathematical model of emotional experience has been developed and investigated. On the basis of the received results the behavior of emotional process intensity in time has been studied.

Gradient of purpose and its mathematical model Gradient of purpose and its mathematical model

In the paper the structure and content of complicated mental condition – a motive – have been considered. Conceptions and formulas for motive power and psychological distance to aim have been introduced. It has been shown that in the process of aim achievement motive power changes. Mathematical model of this process has been constructed and analyzed. It has been shown that motive power increases when psychological distance to aim decreases according to degree low.

Elements of the theory of "dotted" dehydration process of fish cold smoking and drying

The theory of "dotted" fish dehydration in cold smoking with the nonlinear material properties has been created. This technology has the intermittent nature of implementation associated with the occurrence of a sequence of cycles consisting of drying and relaxation of the material. Application of the new technology reduces the cost of electricity for production of dried and smoked products by 8-12 % compared to conventional technology.

Development of multi-component paste canned food with blanched cod liver and its oil

A series of recipes of cod liver pastes with adding some vegetable components has been developed on the basis of previously established technology of blanched canned cod liver. The optimization of the recipes has been carried out, the sterilization regime has been found. The series of canned food based on vegetable raw material, mushrooms and cod liver oil has been developed.

Clarification of diffusion and thermodiffusion coefficients in the mathematical model of process with infrared energy supply in smoke generating process

The paper considers the mathematical model of wood pyrolysis in an infrared smoke generator and some approaches to mathematical modelling of smoke generating process. Merits and demerits of the model have been discussed; limits of its application have been given; possible ways of the model purposeful improvement have been contemplated.

Role and significance of will in the processes of goal achievement

The significance of will as a tool of goals formulating and achievement has been analyzed. The will has been considered as a specific need to overcome obstacles. A mathematical model of willpower has been constructed. Dynamics of willpower appearance has been considered in the process of overcoming an obstacle on the way to goal achievement. The obtained mathematical results have been supported by a numerical example.

Reasons of occurrences, composition, structure and content of the binary relation "goal – motive" have been analyzed. The rules of goal achievement and the sequence of goal and motive construction have been considered. The hierarchy of "goal – motive" relation and mechanism of creating relations of priority have been shown. The way of supply of goal and motive creation with energy has been studied.

Developing technology of light-salted fish with smoking aroma using the liquid smoke "Skwama-2"

The experiments on establishing the key technological parameters for producing light-salted fish with smoking aroma have been carried out. The process of salting with the liquid smoke has been optimized. The best sensory characteristics of light-salted aromatized product can be achieved at the brine temperature of minus 4 В°C and the concentration of liquid smoke in the brine equal to 10 %. The experiments have shown that the shelf life of light-salted fish with smoking aroma do not exceed 4 weeks at the temperature (4 В± 1) В°C. The technical documents on the new kind of fish product have been developed, coordinated and approved.
